You can merge lists for effective email distribution list management. Different email list files can be merged to create a single mailing list. When different email lists are merged, a lot of duplicate email entries can be created in the merged list. These can easily be removed by the list manager through a duplicate email removal tool. Email addresses of unsubscribed users can easily be extraced from your mail servers with the Email Manager, making it very easy to manage newsletter subscriptions for your e mail internet marketing or advertising campaigns.
